Study on Emergency Material Delivery Decision-Making under Large-Scale Emergencies

以大规模突发事件为背景,对应急物资配送决策进行了系统分析。首先剖析了大规模突发事件应急物资配送决策的内涵和特征,然后从信息管理系统、应急指挥机构和应急配送网络3个方面构建了决策框架,最后对决策过程进行了分析。

Based on large-scale emergencies,this paper does the systems analysis of the emergency material delivery decision-making.First,the connotation and the characteristics of the emergency material delivery decision-making under large-scale emergencies are analyzed.Then,the decision-making framework is constructed in terms of information management system,emergency command institution and emergency delivery network.Finally,the procedure of the decision-making is analyzed.
