Strategy Analysis of Fostering Competitive Edge of Wuhan's New Port

武汉新港作为武汉航运中心的核心和武汉城市圈物流中心职能最主要的载体,其竞争力的提高对城市圈区域一体化的实现与区域地位的提升具有重要意义。作者通过分析武汉新港"区域化"发展过程中面临的长江经济带港口城市的竞争压力、内部资源整合、港区建设、航运服务业发展等问题,提出了"高地"、"洼地"、"园区经济"的区域经济竞争途径和形式。

As the core carrier of international shipping center and the most important carrier of physical distrbution center,Wuhan＇s new port is the foundation and prerequierment of the growing-up of regional economy for Wuhan city group.This paper analyzes the challenge from the ports of the Yangtze River region and the problems of the integration of inside resources,the construction of port area,the development of shipping service industry and proposes measures that the economy in extreme regions such as highlands,bog lands and garden areas is an activator in stimulating regional development.
