摘要
以某喷漆厂房调漆间为例,针对其现有的防爆安全措施,采用理论计算和定性分析的方法,从措施的有效性和系统可靠性两个方面论证措施的可行性。计算得出甲苯、二甲苯混合蒸气的爆炸下限为1.10%,以混合气体体积分数是否低于0.275%作为通风系统有效性的判定标准。调漆间现有全室通风条件可以在较短时间内实现爆炸性混合气体浓度的降低。重点局部排风口的设置强化了全室通风的有效性。设置CO2自动灭火系统并与感温感烟探测器、可燃气体浓度探测相联动是一种有效的防止爆炸危害的方法。
The anti-explosion security measures taken in the color mixing room of a paint shop was studied.Based on the theoretical calculation and qualitative analysis,the feasibility of these measures was discussed from the aspects of effectiveness and reliability.The calculated LEL(lower explosion limit) of the mixed vapor of toluene and xylene is 1.1%.Whether the mixed vapor volume fraction is lower than 0.275% was used as the criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of the ventilation.It is concluded that the entire room ventilation in the color mixing room helped to reduce the concentration of explosible vapor mixture in a relatively short period of time.And the local ventilation provided in some key locations also strengthened the effectiveness of entire room ventilation.It is also concluded that the use of CO2 automatic fire extinguishing system which is linked with the temperature and smoke detectors and the combustible gas concentration detectors is an effective way to prevent explosion hazards.
