摘要
基于中国在消防远程监控技术方面现有标准规范,从控制器、传输网络、监控中心及用户接入意愿等方面分析消防远程监控系统推进过程中出现的问题。针对消防行业生态圈的政策环境和基本构成提出建议,建立生态圈模型,并对消防行业生态圈进行互动分析。提出政府宏观政策支持建议。
Based on the existing codes and standards of fire remote monitoring system in China,problems of developing the system were analyzed in points of monitor,transport network,monitoring center and users＇ willing to access.Suggestions were put forward against the policy environment and basic structure of fire industry ecosystem,and the ecosystem model was built.Interactive analysis was carried out to the fire industry ecosystem.Suggestions on government macroeconomic policy support were proposed.
