漂白粉的稳定性及引燃致灾案例分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过分析一起火灾案例,结合X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)测试,对火灾成因进行了初步确认。通过热失重分析仪(TG),分析了漂白粉中主要成分次氯酸钙(Ca(ClO)2)在受热条件下所发生的热解过程。结果显示,漂白粉在高温下会释放出活泼的氧气和大量的热,从而引燃可燃物,并助长了可燃物燃烧。分析了应对漂白粉等燃烧爆炸事故应慎用水灭火的原因。 Through the analysis of a fire case,combining with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) measurements,the cause of fire has been primarily confirmed.The thermolysis process of calcium hypochlorite(Ca(ClO)2) was analyzed by thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TG).It was found that bleach powder could release lively oxygen and a large amount of heat at hightemperatures,which ignited the combustible,promoting its burning.Meanwhile,the reason on carefully using of sprinkler in burning and explosion accidents caused by bleach powder was analyzed concretely.
