摘要
分析了新疆畜牧业服务的现状和发展要素,提出了建立和完善服务体系应从信息网络服务平台建设入手,概述了信息网络服务平台是现代信息服务体系建设基础条件。重点介绍了正在建设的"新疆金牧网"信息平台的主体框架和构建思路、平台的服务内容与会员机制、平台运营体系等,提出了在建立信息服务体系过程遇到的问题、对策、措施和未来发展定位。
In this article,the existing circumstances and the main factors of animal husbandry in Xinjiang were analyzed,and it was proposed that establishment and optimization of the service system should start from the construction of information network service platform.The fundamental conditions of modern information service system were the information network service platform.This paper was mainly focused on the framework and practical method to build the Xinjiang Jinmu Website,the content of service,VIP strategy,operating system etc.The solutions to problems as well as the orientation for future development were also put forward at the same time.
