There exist such problems as low and overlapping industrial structure in the Dongting Lake area.In order to accelerate the economic development,it is necessary to upgrade and balance industrial structure there.The government can give proper support to economic activities of some industries by rational financial support policy to achieve the goal of rational and advanced industrial structure and promote long-term,sustainable,stable and balanced economic development.
