摘要 通识教育理念是对人的片面发展的一种矫正和超越,可以为本科通才教育开辟道路,为研究生专才教育拓宽空间,促进高校辅导员工作的实践转型。在通识教育理念背景下,从宏观层面来看,辅导员应树立整体性育人、传导与服务相统一、注重合力的工作理念;从微观层面来看,辅导员实现工作目标的调整、活动领域的拓宽以及资源利用方式的转变,则是工作转型的路径选择。 The idea of common sense education is a correction and overhead development for man's one- sided development. With the idea, we can explore a new approach for developing general talents at university level and widen space for specialized postgraduates, so as to promote the practice transformation in college instructors' work. Under the background of the idea of common sense education, in macro level, the instructors should establish working ideas such as general education, integration of guidance and service, and making full use of integrated force; in micro level, they should adjust their goals in work, widen their working field, and change their modes of making use of education resources. Those will be their choices to realize transformation in work.
