摘要 目前,我国案例式教学已日趋规范。开展案例式教学对教师和教学环境均提出了较高的要求,其具体实施步骤包括选择案例、分组讨论、概括总结、效果评价。案例式教学有助于激发学生的学习热情,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高学生将医学理论知识应用到临床实践中的能力;同时可提高教师的业务素质和创新能力,实现教学相长。近年来,案例式教学已广泛应用于现代医学教育的多种学科中。 Currently, case-based teaching (CBT) has become standardized. The quality of teachers and teaching environment should be iimproved to meet the requirements of CBT. The implementation steps of CBT include selection of cases, discussion, summarizing and evaluation. CBT can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems, improve students' ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice. At the same time, CBT can enhance teachers' professional quality and innovation ability to promote teaching and learning. In recent years, CBT has been widely used in many disciplines in modern medical education.
