摘要
我国医学生沟通能力的培养体系正在逐步建立,但是培养目标不够明确、培养方法不够先进、培养内容不够系统,不同梯次学生培养缺乏层次。同时,对医学生沟通能力的考评工作开展较少,缺乏一套客观、标准、全面的考评体系也是制约培训体系快速成型的一个重要原因。本文阐述了初步构建临床沟通能力培训体系及考评体系的培训对象和构建方式。
Although the system of cultivating medical students' clinical communication skills is gradually set up in China, it has indefinite educational goals, disadvantageous cultivation approaches and unsystematic educational procedure. Furthermore, similar communication education is given to clinical medicine students of different levels. Lack of a standard, objective and overall clinical communication evaluation system also restricts the rapid formation of a training system. This paper discusses constructing a system of clinical communication skills training as well as the trainees and construction pattern of the assessment system.
