随着西部的发展,强化内地高校少数民族医学生综合素质的教育培养,有着重大的现实效应和深邃的长远含义。少数民族学生的成长环境、民族习俗、生活习惯与汉族学生存在的差异,对内地高校医学生的教育培养提出了新的要求。把这一问题解决好了,无疑对促进少数民族地区医疗卫生事业的发展、民族大爱和社会稳定将起到不可估量的作用。本文对存在的问题及原因进行了分析,并对相应的措施进行了有益的探索。

With the development of China＇ s western region, strengthening comprehensive quality education of minority medical students at inland universities has a great realistic meaning and profound effect. Minority medical students differ greatly from Han nationality medical students in growth environment, ethnic customs and living habits. Therefore, it poses new requirements for inland medical colleges in education. Properly handling the issue will undoubtedly play an immeasurable role in prompting the development of medical and health service in minority nationality regions, national grand love, and social stability. This paper analyzes the problems and causes and explores corresponding measures.
