摘要
针对传统生物化学实验教材注重对学生进行系统性和规范化的实验操作训练,但引导学生思考不足的问题,作者在多年生物化学实验教学改革的基础上,编写了基于PBL模式的生物化学实验教材。该教材以问题为中心,每章和相关实验项目都以问题的方式展开,引导学生带着问题学习,通过探寻解决问题的方法,加深学生对生物化学实验理论和技术的认识。实践证明,该教材能有效激发学生的学习兴趣,启发学生积极思维,受到学生们的普遍欢迎。
Traditional textbooks of biochemistry experiments emphasized the systematic and standard training, but ignored leading students' thinking. Aiming at these problems and combining a few years of teaching reform of biochemistry experiments, we compiled a biochemical experiment textbook based on PBL model. Centered on problems, the textbook has each chapter and experiments starting with problems to guide students in learning with the problems. By looking for solutions to the problems, students have a deepened knowledge of biochemical experiment theories and technology. Our practice proves that the textbook can greatly stimulate learning in interest, inspire active thinking and is widely welcomed by the students.
