摘要
从充分利用药学实验中心的资源,培养药学专业创新型人才出发,对药学专业实验室的开放运行机制进行了实践和探索,培养了学生的实践能力和创新能力,同时也促进了实验中心管理水平的提高。
In order to adequately utilize resources of the pharmaceutical laboratory center and meet the needs of innovative pharmaceutical talents, we have explored the open operation mechanism of pharmaceutical laborato- ries, which helps cultivate students＇ ability in practice and innovation. At the same time, the management level of the central laboratory has been promoted.
