摘要
目的通过对角膜接触镜配戴者关于角膜接触镜相关知识的认知状况进行调查和分析,为临床上广泛、安全使用角膜接触镜及佩戴过程中的健康教育提供参考。方法收集2009年6月-12月来西安市第一医院眼科视光门诊要求配戴角膜接触镜者和配戴角膜接触镜后眼科门诊复诊者共计212名作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,调查结果进行相关统计分析。结果佩戴人群分布显示:角膜接触镜佩戴者以学生、年龄在20-30岁间者居多;并发症发生人群中,年龄在20岁以下、中低收入、中高度近视、无固定职业者居多,差异有统计学意义;并发症的及时正确应对方面,以文化程度较高者应对较好。结论有关角膜接触镜正确佩戴使用的健康教育重点人群应放在校学生及年龄在20-30岁人群,而且应该加强相关并发症正确应对处理方面的教育和宣传。
Objective By investigating cognitive state of contact lens (CL) users in order to provide information for health education in wide and safe wearing of CL. Methods We recruited 212 people who came to the Op- tometry Clinic, Department of Ophthalmology of Xi' an No. 1 Hospital, asking for wearing CL and reexamination after wearing between June and December 2009 as the subjects. The questionnaire-based survey was conducted among the subjects and statistical analysis was done. Results Students or people aged from 20 to 30 years old constituted the largest group. Complications had a significantly high incidence in people under 20 years old, with medium- and low-income, with moderate and severe myopia, and without regular occupation. Mostly people of higher education level could be properly treated for complications. Conclusion Health education in correctly using and wearing CL should target school students and people aged from 20 to 30 years. Education and publicity should be strengthened especially in properly dealing with related complications.
