摘要
探讨医学院五年制医疗系最后学年临床实习学生思想状况、影响因素及对策。采用问卷调查方式,在临床实习完成后、毕业考试前进行。结果显示,医学生临床实习阶段思想状况不容忽视,带教教师需探索怎样多创造让医学生动手的机会,培养他们的沟通和表达能力,引导临床实习生取得患者的信任和尊重是每一位带教医师的职责。
To explore the mind state of five-year-program medical students in clinical practice, the affecting factors and countermeasures, we conducted a questionnaire-based survey after clinical practice and before graduation examination. The results showed that the mind state problems of medical students at the clinical practice phase cannot be ignored. It is the responsibility of each clinical teacher to explore how to create more hands-on opportunities for medical students, train their communication and expression skills, and guide them in winning patients' trust and respect.
