摘要
传统砂轮自动平衡信号的提取方法依赖于模拟电路的性能,当无用信号的幅值大于基波分量时,有用信号就会被其他信号淹没,基波信号的幅值和相位测量均受影响,造成一定的测量误差。采用离散Fourier变换计算提取基波分量的方法,其测量精度仅取决于采样点数量,从而提高了测控单元测控精度和系统的抗干扰能力,经试验验证最佳砂轮自动平衡的精度<0.1μm。
The traditional extraction method for grinding wheel auto - balance signal depends on performance of analog circuit. When the worthless signal amplitude is larger than the fundamental wave signal amplitude, the signal needed will be submerged and the amplitude and the phase of fundamental wave signal measured will be wrong. Extracting fundamental wave signal with discrete Fourier transform can significantly enhance the measure accuracy and noise immunity due to its depending only on number of samples, thus the best precision balance of grinding wheel is 〈 0. 1 μm.
