摘要
提出了一种基于Primar MX4多功能综合测量机和Mar。Mess语言的圆锥滚子轴承滚道面圆度误差精密测量方法。根据最小二乘法评价原理,分析了锥面圆度测量的调心调平、测头对中和测速的影响,重点分析了测力对测量误差的影响,并给出了具体的MarMess编程语言实现过程,最后通过多组实测数据,得出了圆锥滚子系列轴承滚道面圆度误差的最佳测力为0.1 N。
The roundness error precision measurement method is presented for raceways of tapered roller bearings based on Primar MX4 and MarMess programming language. According to the principle of least square evaluation, the influences of the aligning leveling, probe alignment, speed and force on the error of measurement are analyzed, and an detailed realization process is provided based on MarMess programming language. Finally, through the mathematical statistic analysis of multiple data, the optimal force of measurement is 0.1 N.
