魅力型领导对组织影响探析 被引量:1

摘要 本文在相关理论回顾的基础上,探讨了魅力型领导对组织的影响,分析了魅力型领导通过组织内外部因素影响组织,其中外部因素包括:投资者的青睐,吸引优秀的员工,适应环境;内部因素包括:对员工愿景激励和改变其价值观,提高员工组织承诺感。最后提出魅力型领导理论未来研究展望。
