摘要
氧气氛围下的乙腈溶液中,溴胺-T作氧化剂能够选择性地将二苯甲烷及其衍生物卞位亚甲基上的C—H键磺酰胺化,从而能以较好的收率得到N-二苯基甲基对甲苯磺酰胺类型的产物。并对此类非过渡金属催化的C—H键磺酰胺化反应的机理进行了初步研究。
Bromamine-T could mediated the C—H bond sulfonamination of methylene on diphenylmethane and its derivatives in CH3CN under O2 atmosphere providing N-diphenylmetyl-4-methylphenyl sulfonamide derivatives in moderate to good yields.Preliminary mechanism study of the transition metal-free C—H bond sulfonamination reaction was also carried out.
