妊娠期高血压患者胎盘组织PlGF和Fas/FasL的表达及相关性研究

Study on the relationship of PlGF and Fas/FasL in placenta tissues of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠期高血压患者(HDCP)胎盘生长因子(PlGF)与Fas/FasL的表达、相互关系及其意义。方法随机选择HDCP患者54例为病例组,同期住院的正常孕妇60例为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法测定胎盘组织中PlGF和Fas/FasL的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,病例组胎盘组织中PlGF和FasL的水平降低;Fas水平升高。PlGF与Fas蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.592,P<0.05),与FasL蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.706,P<0.05)。结论 PlGF和Fas/FasL协同作用,形成和加速妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展。

Objective To study the expression of PlGF and Fas/FasL in placenta tissues of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）.Methods 54 cases of pregnant women with HDCP（case group） and 60 cases of normal pregnant women（control group） were elected at random,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PlGF and Fas/FasL in placenta tissues of them.Results The levels of PlGF and FasL in the HDCP group were significantly lower than those in the control group while the levels of Fas were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was a significantly negative correlation between the expression of PlGF and Fas in placenta tissues（r=——0.592,P0.05）,while there was a positive correlation between PlGF and FasL（r=0.706,P0.05）.Conclusion The PlGF and Fas/FasL in placenta tissues might be involved in the pathogenesis of HDCP together.
