摘要
目的确定乳香在不同单、复方中药效的强弱程度。方法选择代表性的乳香单、复方为研究对象,以抗炎镇痛作用为药效学指标,通过比较不同单、复方乳香抗炎镇痛作用的差异来确定其在不同配方的情况下药效的发挥程度。结果乳香在复方中表现出来的抗炎镇痛作用明显优于在单方中的药效。结论乳香在复方中能够较充分地发挥其药效,而在单方中药效较差,因此可从一定程度上反映其复方用法及其水煎法的合理性。
Objective To decide pharmacodynamic actions of Olibanum in different prescriptions.Methods The method of comparing the pharmacodynamic action of Olibanum in simple recipe and complex prescriptions is used to determine the pharmacodynamic actions of Olibanum in different prescriptions.Results The effects of antiinflammatory and analgesia in complex prescriptions are obviously better than in simple recipe.Conclusion Olibanum in complex prescriptions can bring into full play pharmacodynamic actions and in simple recipe it can＇t which can reflect the rationality of Olibanum＇s usage.
