Study on academic achievement comprehensive score of medical undergraduates

目的研究医学本科生学习成绩综合分。方法以某校2000级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,对教学计划和学生的学习成绩进行研究。在计算临床医学专业本科生学习成绩综合分时,根据专家咨询问卷等资料,对考试课、考查课和选修课给出不同的权重,对学时数不同的课程给出不同的权重。最后将临床医学专业本科生学习成绩综合分转化为100分。结果临床医学本科专业考试课、考查课和选修课的权重分别为0.5、0.3、0.2,给出了临床医学专业本科生所学不同学时数课程的权重,对临床医学专业本科生学习成绩综合分进行了实例应用,效果满意。结论临床医学专业本科生学习成绩综合分准确、实用。

Objective： To study academic achievement comprehensive score of medical undergraduates.Methods Taking one college undergraduates of 2000 in clinical medical specialty as study subjects,we studied the teaching plan and academic achievement.As being calculated the academic achievement comprehensive score of undergraduates in clinical medical specialty,different weights were given to exam course,test course and elective course and different weights were also given to different class hours＇ courses,according to expert questionnaires,etc.At last,the academic achievement comprehensive score of undergraduates in clinical medical specialty was changed into centesimal grade.Results The weights of exam course,test course and elective course in clinical medical undergraduate specialty were 0.50,0.30 and 0.20 respectively.The weights of different class hours＇ courses in clinical medical undergraduate specialty were given.The application examples of the academic achievement comprehensive score of undergraduates in clinical medical specialty were given and the application results were satisfactory.Conclusion The academic achievement comprehensive score of undergraduates in clinical medical specialty are accurate and practical.
