基于UC3875的新型DC/DC变换器研究

摘要 围绕带钳位二极管的移相全桥ZVS变换器的工作原理、软开关实现条件、整流桥选用及其寄生振荡的抑制、电压型单环控制等问题进行了理论分析,设计了一套基于UC3875移相芯片的电压型单环控制系统,并搭建了实验平台,在实验平台上进行了实验,给出了实验结果。实验结果说明了控制方案的可行性,验证了电路设计的正确性。 According to the theoretical analysis of the working principles of the phase - shifted full - bridge ZVS converter with clamping diodes, the realized conditions of soft switches, the selection of the rectifier bridge and its parasitic oscillation suppression and single - loop voltage control, a set of single - voltage - loop control system based on UC3875 phase - shift chip was designed and the experimental plat was built. The obtained experimental results showed the feasibility of the control program and the correctness of the cir- cuit design.
