摘要 从控制算法、硬件、软件等方面介绍实验用温控对象模拟器,选用MSP430F149单片机作为主控芯片,并配有温度检测电路、信号调理电路、转换电路、加热电路以及键盘和液晶显示等,可实现数据采集、加热器控制等功能,通过模拟输入输出通道或数字通信通道与上位机进行交互,形成一个温度控制系统。 The control algorithm, hardware and software of the experimental temperature control emulator were introduced in this paper. With the MSP430F149 selected as the MCU, the temperature controlled emulator were equipped with temperature sensing circuit, signal processing circuit, conversion circuit, heating circuit, as well as the keypad and LCD. The functions of data acquisition and heater power control were realized and with the apparatus interaction with the controller( e. g. a PC) by means of either analog I/O channels or digital communication linkage, a temperature control system was formed.
