摘要
通过探索研究,我们对氨磺乐灵的现有合成路线进行了改进,采用浓硝酸代替固体硝酸钾以降低爆炸危险,用固体光气代替三氯氧磷降低了废弃物的排放,用液氨代替氨水以减少废水排放。经改进后的方法合成的氨磺乐灵原药经HLPC分析检测含量达到98%以上。
The process for the synthesizing oryzalin was improved,such as potassium nitrate replaced by nitric acid to avoid of explosion danger,triphosgene instead of phosphorus oxychloride,ammonia solution replaced by liquid ammonia to decrease waste water.In this procedure,the purity of oryzalin detected by HPLC was above 98%.
