摘要
覆盆子(树莓)既是水果也是中药材,但对其生物活性所知不多。对10种不同品种树莓提取物的体外抗氧化能力研究结果显示:总酚含量差异较大;总花青素含量差异不大;有较高的氧自由基吸收能力,但与前两项无正相关性;DPPH自由基清除能力与氧自由基吸收能力无正相关性,与总多酚含量呈现一定的相关性。
Raspberry was a common fruit and traditional Chinese medicine.However,there was little illustration on its bioactive component.The study on 10 species raspberry of their antioxidant property showed that the TPC values varied largely and the TAC values were close.All the samples showed very high oxygen radical absorbance capacity,but there was no positive correlation between ORAC and TAC TPC.There was no correlation between DPPH radical scavenging activity and oxygen radical absorbance capacity.Some positive correlation was presented between DPPH value and TPC.
