摘要
研究了用盐酸从D390树脂上解吸铁的工艺。试验运用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)探讨了解吸过程的时间、温度、解吸液用量等因素与解吸率之间的关系,并对树脂的用量对解吸率的影响进行了X射线荧光分析。试验结果表明,在25℃,时间为120 m in,解吸剂与树脂的体积比约为5:1时,pH=1.1的盐酸对铁的解吸率可达91%,解吸速率常数k=3.33×10-4s-1,解吸表观活化能为2.91 kJ/(mol.K)。
The elution process of D390 resin using hydrochloric acid was studied.The relationship of the elution rate with the elution time,the temperature and the consumption of eluent were studied using the X-ray fluorescence.The test showed that under the conditions of an elution time of 120 min,normal temperature,and volumetric ratio of eluting agent to resin of 5:1,the elution rate can reach 91%,the elution rate constant k was 3.33×10-4 s-1,and the apparent activation energy was 2.91 kJ/(mol·K).
