对氨法脱硫技术在中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司化肥厂2×210 t/h燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫工程中的应用情况进行总结,包括工艺流程、系统组成、工程设计参数、运行情况及技术经济指标,特别介绍了双塔结构的混凝土内衬PP防腐材料脱硫塔的使用情况,彻底解决了氨法脱硫的装置防腐问题。
The process,system components,design parameters,operation and technical and economical indicators of ammonia desulphurization system for 2×210 t/h boilers of Urumqi petrochemical works of PetroChina were summarized.The PP anticorrosive materials lining concrete pre-scrubber and scrubber were used in this desulphurization system,and the corrosion of ammonia on the scrubber was resolved perfectly.
