材料级磷酸二氢铝是用氢氧化铝和磷酸以物质的量比1∶3的比例在90～100℃下合成,在热风温度480～520℃下经离心喷雾干燥制取粉状固体。该产品具有良好的常温粘结性、高温胶结性、抗震、抗腐蚀性能,在高温炉窑、阻燃涂料、电气、陶瓷、建筑材料中有广泛的应用。

Aluminum phosphate dihydrogen of material grade is prepared by the AI（OH）3 and H3PO4 as matra ratio 1 ： 3 at temperature 90°C to 100 °C. The crystals produced powdered solid therough centrifuge spray druer by the hot air at temperature 480°C to 520°C. The product had good molten performance at common temperature, a knot per- formance at high temperature, the shock resistance, resisting corrosive performance.
