摘要
以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为聚合单体,采用乳液共聚法制备了短氟链拒水拒油整理剂.FT-IR分析表明:3种单体发生了共聚,所制备的聚合物乳液平均粒径为76.9 nm,粒径分布相对均匀,乳液稳定性良好.探讨了聚合物氟含量对棉织物拒水拒油整理效果的影响,结果表明:随着聚合物氟含量增加,乳液用于整理织物的拒水拒油性也逐渐提高.聚合物氟含量34%时,该聚合物乳液整理后的棉织物拒水性可以达到4级,拒油性可达1级,对水接触角为130.5°.
Short-chain water and oil repellent finishing agent was prepared by emulsion co-polymerization using hexafluoro-n-butul methacrylate, butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylateas as monomers. FT-IR analysis showed that there was copolymerization among the three acrylate monomers. The average particle size of the emulsion was about 76.9 nm , and the distribution was relatively uniform, which provided the emulsion with excellent stability. The effect of fluorine content in the polymer on the water-and oil-repellency was studied. The result showed that with the fluorine content of polymer increaing, the water-or oil-repellent property of emulsion finished fabric was also increased. The water-and oil-repellency of finished cotton fabric reached level 4 and level 1, respectively, and contact angle was up to 130.5° when the fluorine content of polymer was 34%.
