摘要
用肟类化合物对二聚脂肪酸二异氰酸酯(DDI)进行封端,制备了2种封端DDI.通过FT-IR对产物进行结构表征,以热分析方法研究了封端DDI的解封温度.通过将封端DDI乳化,研究了其在织物整理上的应用性能.结果表明:封端DDI应用于棉织物整理可使其具有良好的拒水性,且整理织物的拒水性能具有良好的耐洗性.整理织物的柔软性和断裂强力也得到提高.
Two kinds of blocking dimeric diisocyanate (DDI) were synthesized by terminating DDI with oxime compounds, and the structure was characterized by FT-IR. The unblocking temperature of terminated DDI was investigated by thermal analysis method. Terminated DDI was emulsified and applied on cotton fabric finishing, and the application property was studied. The results showed that the terminated DDI could afford good water repellency, and the water repellency of fabrics had good washing fastness. The softness and breaking strength of finished cotton fabric was also improved.
