根据《纺织纤维制品标识法案15 U.S.C.§70》、《纺织纤维制品标识法案的实施条例16 C.F.R.part 303》、《羊毛产品标签法15 U.S.C.§68》、《羊毛制品标签法规及其实施条例16 C.F.R.part 300,》主要介绍了纤维成分标签标注方法的适应范围、标签要求、纤维通用名称、标识方法、纤维质量分数允差、原产国原则及通用名称建立程序.要求在美国销售的大部分纺织品和羊毛制品都应该加贴标签.

According to 《The Textile Products Identification Act 15 U.S.C. 70》, 《（16 C.F.R. part 303 Rules and Regulations Under the Textile Fiber Products》, 《The Wool Products Labeling Act of 1939 15 U.S.C. 68）） and （（16 C.F.R. part 300 Rules and Regulations Under the Wool Products Labeling Act》, the scope of fiber content label identification, requirement of content label, the common names of fibers, labeling methods of different textiles, fiber content allowance, rules of country of origin and the procedure for establishing generic names were mainly introduced. It was required that most textiles and wool products export to USA be labeled.
