环维黄杨星D对大鼠肝脏ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨环维黄杨星D长期给药对大鼠肝组织ATP酶(ATPase)活性影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、环维黄杨星D(3、6、12mg/kg),灌胃4周,采用酶标仪检测Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase含量。结果环维黄杨星D各剂量组肝组织中Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性与对照组比较显著降低。结论黄杨宁对肝脏毒性可能与抑制Na+,K+-ATPase、Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性有关。 Objective:To purpose the Cyclovirobuxine D(CVB-D) on the activities of ATPase in the liver of rats.Methods:SD rats were divided into the control group and the CVB-D groups randomly.After 4 weeks of gastric perfusion,some indices were detected by the enzyme mark instrument including Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase.Results:Activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in the CVB-D groups were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Hepatotoxicity of Cyclovirobuxine D may be related to its inhibition activities of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase.
