亚硝酸盐对草鱼红细胞渗透脆性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究不同浓度亚硝酸盐(0.5、1.0、2.0mg/L)及不同处理时间(24、72、120、168、264 h)对草鱼(Cteno-pharyngodon idellus)红细胞渗透脆性的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,实验各组草鱼红细胞脆性最小抵抗值、最大抵抗值极显著升高(P<0.01);2.0 mg/L浓度组红细胞渗透脆性增幅最大,最小抵抗值、最大抵抗值与0.5mg/L、1.0mg/L浓度组差异极显著(P<0.01)。在实验时间内,实验组红细胞脆性随时间延长而逐渐增大,120 h内红细胞脆性增幅较大,24、72、120 h最小抵抗值、最大抵抗值比较差异极显著(P<0.01);120 h之后红细胞脆性增幅减小,168 h最小抵抗值与120、264 h差异不显著(P>0.05),264 h最大抵抗值与168 h差异不显著(P>0.05)。实验表明,亚硝酸盐可致草鱼红细胞的渗透脆性增大,其影响随浓度增加及作用时间的延长而增强,存在一定的浓度-效应和时间-效应关系。 The influence of nitrite on erythrocyte osmotic fragility(EOF) of grass carp was studied at different concentration of Nitrite(0,0.5,1.0,2.0 mg/L) and different contamination time(24,72,120,168,264 h).The results showed that the maximum and minimum resistance value of EOF increased significantly compared to control group(P0.01),EOF of 2.0 mg/L group had a maximal increased amplitude,and the maximum and minimum resistance value of EOF had significant difference compared to 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L group(P0.01).EOF increased extremely with the prolongation of experimental time within 120 h,but it increased slowly after 120 h.The maximum and minimum resistance value had extreme difference between 120 h and 72 h,72 h and 24 h,(P0.01).The minimum resistance value had no significant difference between 120 h and 168 h,168 h and 264 h,(P0.05).The maximum resistance value had on significant difference between 264 h and 168 h(P0.05).In conclusion,nitrite may lead to the increase of erythrocyte osmotic fragility of grass carp,and the effect had the relationship of concentration-effect and time-effect.
