摘要
采用人工模拟汗液在一定温度下超声萃取-甲苯反萃,建立了纺织品中富马酸二甲酯含量的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。该法以人工模拟汗液为萃取剂,超声波辅助萃取,然后用甲苯进行反萃。在试验选定的最佳条件下,加标回收率为90.1%~97.2%,相对标准偏差小于4.5%。该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,适合于纺织品中富马酸二甲酯含量的测定。
A method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in textiles is established by gas chromatography with MS detector. In this method, artificial sweat extraction assisted with ultrasound and methylbenzene back extraction are applied. The recovery rate of the method is 90. 1% - 97.2%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD)is less than 4.5 %. The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of dimethyl fumarate in textiles with satisfactory results.
