经皮细针穿刺胸膜活检在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的价值

Value of per cutem fine needle aspiration biopsy to diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy

目的探讨经皮细针穿刺胸膜活检在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的价值。方法对134例结核性胸膜炎患者经皮细针穿刺胸膜活检的病理诊断阳性率进行总结,分析影响阳性率的因素及胸膜活检的并发症。结果 134例患者共进行胸膜活检148次,总活检阳性率47.7%(64/134)。术中并发胸膜反应2例(1.35%),气胸4例(2.70%),无出血、术后感染等并发症。结论胸膜活检操作简单,安全、并发症少,在结核性胸膜炎的诊断中具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of per cutem fine needle aspiration biopsy to diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 134 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were performed with per cutem fine needle aspiration biopsy,Summary positive rate,Aalysis effect factor and complication.Results 148 times of biopsy were performed on 134 patients.the positive rate of 47.7%（64/134）.There were 136 cases of pathological.Complications occurred in 2 patients of pleura reaction（4.05%）,4 patients of pneumothorax（2.70%）,no haemorrhage and postoperative infection.Conclusion The per cutem fine needle aspiration biopsy is a safe,simple,effective mean of medical diagnosis in tuberculous pleurisy.
