摘要
目的研究Atoh1(Atonalhomolog1)基因在肺癌中的表达。方法用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测肺癌组织与癌旁组织中Atoh1的表达,采用表达的相对量进行结果分析。结果与癌旁组织相比,Atoh1 mRNA在肺癌组织中表达显著下调(P<0.05),两者比值约为0.46/1。结论 Atoh1基因在肺癌组织中的表达下调,可能与肺癌的发生、发展有关,可能成为诊断和治疗的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the Atoh1 expression in lung cancer.Methods Atoh1 mRNA expression levels in lung cancer tissues were tested by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).2-△△CT) method was used for analyzing the difference on Atoh1 expression.Result The levels of Atoh1 mRNA were down-regulated in lung cancer.Conclusion The down-regulation of Atoh1 expression may correlate with lung cancer.Atoh1 gene may serve as a new target for lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.
