新型陶瓷抛光机的机械设计与研究

摘要 针对传统抛光机的缺点,设计了一种新型陶瓷材料抛光机:采用封闭式龙门箱形的主体式结构以提高机床的刚度及稳定性;改善机床工作环境采用球头轴承浮动连接,保证加载均匀。通过抛光机性能对比实验可以得到,在各种研磨工艺参数相同的情况下,两种抛光机去除率差别不大,但陶瓷材料抛光机对工件加工的表面粗糙度明显优于传统的。研究结果表明该设备的设计,可以较低的成本加工出高精密度的陶瓷产品,极大地满足了生产与科研的需要。 Concerning the defects available in traditional polishing machine,a new type ceramic pol-ishing machine was designed.For improving the rigidity and stability of machine,portal style is adopted as main structure and ball bearing floating linkage is applied to improve the working environment of the machine and guarantee the uniform loading.Through comparing test for performance of the polishing machine,the dif-ference of removal rate between two polishing machines is proven to be little under same technological param-eter for grinding.However,the surface roughness of the workpiece to be polished is superior to the traditional.The research results indicate that ceramic polishing machine designed can process high-precision ceramic products at lower cost,which can satisfy the requirements of production and scientific research greatly.
