高精度集成化车辆动态称重仪结构设计与实验验证 被引量:2

摘要 以提高车辆动态称重精度为目的。从两方面提出了改善措施:在分析车辆通过秤态势的受力情况的基础上,设计了一种高精度的集成化动态称重仪结构和高精度称重质量的计算方法;针对诸多因素对行驶称重系统的输出值产生影响,提出了结合神经网络的计算模型,从而提高了动态称重精度;经试验验证得到了本行驶称重系统可用于交通数据采集和辅助实施超载检查。 In order to improve the accuracy of vehicle dynamic weighing system,the improvement measures were taken from two respects.A computing method for integrated dynamic weighing apparatus with a high accuracy was developed based on analyzing the forces the weighing board received when vehicles were being passed on it,the other is to set up a calculation model combining with BP Neural Network con-cerning factors that will affect the output value of the WIM system,thus the accuracy of dynamic weighing is enhanced evidently.Meanwhile,with the verification of many calibration tests,the conclusion is got,that is WIM system can be used in traffic data collection and used as a helpful tool for overload check.
