摘要 针对传统工业设备安防系统存在的问题,研究了工业码垛机器人安防系统的功能特性和使用条件,以TMS320F2812和ISD4003-4为核心器件,并选用光电传感器作为信号采集器件,构建了新型工业码垛机器人安防系统。该安防系统具有采集信息准确、处理信息快捷的特点,可显著提高工业码垛机器人安防系统的准确性、实时性和有效性。该安防系统能够适应复杂作业环境,可有效抗击各种干扰,且操作简单、使用方便,不需专用语音开发工具。实验证明该安防系统具有很好的实用性,可进一步推广应用。 In view of the problems in the security system of traditional industrial equipment,the fea-tures and conditions of application in palletizing robot security system is discussed,and by taking TMS320F2812 and ISD4003-4 as the core components,a new Palletizing robot security system is construct-ed,in which a photoelectric sensor is selected as a signal acquisition device.With features of collecting in-formation accurately and processing information quickly,accuracy,real-time and effectiveness of the pal-letizing robot security system is improved significantly,which can adapt to complex operating environment,resist effectively against all kinds of interference and be operated easily as well as be used conveniently without any dedicated voice tools.Experiments show that the security system could be further popularized with its better practicality.
