摘要
分析ISO6983目前存在的缺点,通过对ISO6983与STEP-NC标准的比较,引出STEP-NC的概念,并简述STEP-NC的数据模型。主要对STEP-NC研究现状的几个方面进行了较为详细的分析:对于STEP-NC数控程序的生成,并给出生成流程图;对STEP-NC文件进行解释,即STEP-NC解释器极其功能;对STEP-NC控制器的研究状况及内容;以及基于STEP-NC标准的NURBS曲面插补等。最后总结了STEP-NC数控加工方式具有优异的开放性、智能性、网络化特征,基于STEP-NC标准的数控系统必将成为开放式数控系统的主要发展趋势,对于提高我国数控水平乃至全面提高自动化制造水平具有重要意义。
The shortcomings of ISO6983 are analyzed and the concept of STEP-NC are described by comparing with ISO6983 and the STEP-NC standard.Meanwhile,the STEP-NC data model is sketched.Then several main aspects of STEP-NC research are analyzed such as generation of STEP-NC programmes and flow chart generated,interpretation of STEP-NC files i.e.researches on STEP-NC controller and its function as well as study status and content of STEP-NC controller and NURBS curve interpolation based on STEP-NC standards etc.At last the characteristics of STEP-NC are concluded,such as opening,intelli-gent,networking.The numerical control system based on STEP-NC standard will become the main trend of the open CNC system,which is of great significance for improving the level of numerical control and au-tomation production.
