车用缓速器的底盘测功机试验方法

摘要 电涡流缓速器是一种利用电磁场原理将汽车行驶的动能转化为热能散发掉,从而实现汽车减速和制动作用的辅助制动装置。在分析车用缓速器性能要求的基础上,提出了缓速器的底盘测功机模拟道路试验方法,并以电涡流缓速器为例介绍了试验过程,模拟了缓速器平路制动、恒速下坡试验,进行了速度-功率试验和拖磨试验。缓速器的底盘测功机试验方法克服了道路试验的缺点,是对缓速器台架试验方法的必要补充,有助于进一步研究和开发车用电涡流缓速器。 The eddy current retarder is an auxiliary braking device that may transform kinetic energy of moving vehicle into thermal energy and dissipates it into atmosphere according to electromagnetic princi-ples in order to slow down and brake the vehicle.Based on the essential performance requirements of the re-tarder,an experimental method for simulating road test of chassis dynamometer of the retarder is presented for the first time.In which by taking an eddy current retarder as an example,the test of the retarder braking in level road,and downhill on constant speed is simulated as well as the speed-power test and drag ground test are implemented.Experimental method on chassis dynamometer makes up demerit of experi-ments on the road,which also is the indispensable supplement of experiments on the test-bed,and is help-ful for further studying and developing the retarder.
