基于模糊可靠度约束的单级圆柱齿轮减速器的多学科协同优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 多学科协同优化设计主要用来解决复杂系统的优化设计问题。近些年来研究者已将多学科协同优化设计方法应用于单级圆柱齿轮减速器的设计中,但与以往的常规优化方法一样,在减速器的多学科协同优化设计中,未考虑设计中一些基本参数的模糊性和离散性,因此,在充分考虑了单级圆柱齿轮减速器各设计参数的模糊性和随机性的基础上,结合新近发展起来的多学科优化设计方法,探讨了基于模糊可靠度约束的单级圆柱齿轮减速器的多学科协同的优化设计方法,给出了实例,并验证得到满意结果。 Multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design is mainly used to solve complex system optimization design problems.The researcher lately has applied multidisciplinary collaboratine optimization design to optimization design for a simple cylinder gear speed reducer,but the multidisciplinary collaboratine optimization design for speed reducer not consider the fuzzy and random of design parameter in design,as old fashioned optimization design.thus based on considering the fuzzy and random for he parameter of a simple cylinder gear speed and combined multidisciplinnary collaboratine optimization design,the paper deal witn multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design of a simple cycineder speed reducer based on fuzzy relia-bility restraint.In addition,The paper present the example and get the satisfied result through validating.
