摘要
说明了公理设计的设计思想,提出基于独立公理结合试验的喷嘴设计方法。通过确定车灯清洗器喷嘴主要的设计参数,建立设计矩阵,按各功能要求进行了参数设计,并给出了基于独立公理结合试验分析的喷嘴设计流程。当喷口半径为1.2mm,旋片中心孔半径为0.5mm,切向槽面积为1.5mm2时,喷嘴的流量、分布率和雾化角三个功能要求得到满足。设计结果表明该方法简单可行,短时间得到一个好的设计结果,提高了设计的快速性和经济性,可为喷嘴设计提供一种新的设计方法。
Based on introduced the theory of Axiomatic design,the independence Axiom combined with experimental determination method is put forward.By determining the main design parameters of the Vehicle Front Lamp Cleaner nozzle,the design matrix is established,and design parameters is obtained in accordance with their functional requirements,and the design process of the method is built.When the ra-dius of outlet orifice is 1.2mm,radius of swirl core center orifice is 0.5mm and area of Tangential slot is 1.5mm 2,the function requirements of nozzle flow,distribution rate and spray angle are met.Design results show that the method is simple and feasible,and it can help obtaining the good design result in a short time and improving product design quality and reducing the design period.It provides a new approach to the de-sign of nozzle.
