基于可拓与TRIZ理论的可拆卸性结构设计方法及应用 被引量:5

摘要 可拆卸性结构设计是绿色设计的主要内容与关键技术之一,是保证产品易于装配、拆卸、方便维护的有效手段,同时也是能够使报废产品的可用部分得到充分有效地回收和重用,实现资源和能源节约、环境保护的必然选择。为完成产品的可拆卸性设计,提出了一种基于可拓理论与TRIZ理论的可拆卸性设计方法。该方法首先使用可拓理论中的基元理论建立产品的关系元,然后通过物元变换得到产品结构设计中的矛盾,再运用TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵来解决问题,实现设计目标。最后用实例验证了该方法的有效性。 Design for Disassembly(DFD),which is one of the main content and key technology of green design is an effective means to ensure product structure to be easy to assembly,disassembly and maintain.Further more,DFD is an inevitable choice to make the reusable parts of waste products be fully and effectively recovered reused so as to save resources energy,and protect the environment.To achieve product disassembly design,a new disassembly design method based on theory of extension and theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)was put forward,in which relationship element of product is firstly determined by base-element theory of TRIZ.And then the contradiction is obtained in product disassembly design by matter-element transformation.In addition the contradiction matrix of TRIZ is applied to solve the problem,achieve the goals of design.Finally,the validity and efficiency of the method is rectified through experiments.
