摘要 螺栓连接是机床各个部件间主要的连接形式,其连接质量的好坏直接影响到机床的刚度,因此采用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立加工中心实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件以DVG850高速立式加工中心床身和立柱的连接为例分析螺栓连接对整机刚度的影响,通过分析得出立柱与床身结合面处两端的螺栓受力变形最大,因而螺栓布局时应向两端面集中,同时内侧也应增添螺栓数量。改进结果显示在基本不改变机床整体结构的情况下只改变螺栓的布局对整体刚度的影响是十分显著的。 Bolt fastening is the major form for the connection of parts,which fastening quality affects directly the stiffness of machine.Therefore a model for machining center is built by SolidWorks 3D modeling software,in which the influence of different bolt's layout on the stiffness of machine is analyzed based on the ANSYS Workbench software by taking the bolt connection between column and lathe bed of DVG 850 high-speed machining centre as an example.Through the analysis,the maximal deformation is found around the bolts at two sides of the joint surface between column and lathe bed,thus bolts should be concentrated on two ends face,meanwhile the bolts number inside should be increased as well.The improved results show that the change of the bolt's layout may impact the overall stiffness significantly without changing the overall structure of the case.
