摘要
加工循环中工件的装卸时间是影响加工效率的又一重要的因素,为了进一步提高生产率,设计出一种能使工件装卸时间和加工时间间隔缩短为零的两工位托板交换系统。系统采用凸轮机构实现双工作台的交换,托板的夹紧、升降以及机构的回转是以液压为动力驱动的,凸轮机构中凸轮槽是两条180°的曲线槽,保证了从动件滚子的准确回转。两工位托板交换系统旋转准确到位,并且保证了全程运行的平稳、无冲击、噪声小,为交换系统的设计提供一定的参考。
Work-piece loading and unloading time is also an important influencing factor of machining efficiency.In order to further increase productivity,a two-position pallet switching system is designed,which can shorten time interval between work-piece loading,unloading time and producing time into zero.The system with cam mechanism realizes the change of double pallet,which clamping,raising and lowering of pallets and rotating of mechanism is powered by hydraulic system.Grooved cam is a two-180°curvilinear groove in the cam mechanism,which can ensure the accurate return of the roller follower.The system can switch accurately and adequately,which ensure the whole process with stability,non-bump and low noise,therefore it offers references for the designing of switching system.
