摘要
基于节能注塑机合模机构的结构特点及工作特性,通过对机构进行运动和动力分析,并建立优化设计模型。以多目标的优化设计理论为基础,综合考虑了机构的力放大比、行程比、总体尺寸等因素及其相互关系,建立了合理的统一目标函数和约束条件,在此基础上通过Matlab优化工具箱进行了优化编程,得出最优解。最后结合具体实例得出了更为合理的合模机构设计参数,从而验证了优化模型及优化方法的正确性,为注塑机合模机构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
Based on the structural features and working characteristics of mold clamping mechanism for the energy-saving injection molding machine,through the analysis of its motion and dynamics,an optimization design model is established.On the basis of the multi-objective optimization design theory,by comprehensive consideration of the force-magnifying ratio,stroke ratio,full size and their interrelation of the mechanism,a reasonable uniform target function is established,and then an optimal solution is obtained through optimal programming using Matlab optimal toolbox.Finally,more reasonable design parameters of mold clamping mechanism are obtained combining the specific example,which rectify the correctness of the optimization model and method,and provide a theory basis for optimization design of injection molding machine.
