耐火砖是一种经常用于各种炉窑设备中的耐火材料,其保温功能取决于材料的理化性能。为了精确估计回转窑窑衬的使用寿命,就需要深入了解耐火砖的机械性能及理化性能,为不同工况下的炉窑选用合适的耐火砖。然而,耐火砖材料属脆性材料,目前尚无有效的测定耐火砖材料机械性能参数、理化参数的方法。利用简支梁的挠曲计算原理,设计了一种新的脆性材料的弹性模量的测定的实验装置,并用这种实验装置测定了氧化铝熟料窑耐火砖的弹性模量。

Firebrick is a kind of refractory material usually applied in all kinds of furnace kiln equipments,which heat function is decided by the physical-chemical properties of the material.In order to estimate precisely the service life of revolved kiln liner,it is necessary to understand mechanical and physical-chemical properties of the brick so that appropriate firebrick could be chosen for the kilns under different working conditions.However,firebrick is a kind of brittle material,up to now no valid method is found to measure the mechanical and physical-chemical parameter of the firebrick.By utilizing computing principle of flexure for simple beam,one new kind of experiment instrument is designed for measuring elastic modulus of the brittle material,which is applied in the measuring of the elastic modulus of firebrick in alumina kiln.
