摘要 以汽车发动机液压油路中的过盈堵塞阀为研究对象,通过机械设计相关理论分析了过盈量和油液压力、过盈配合摩擦系数以及作用在堵塞阀上的载荷之间的关系。为了作对比,利用非线性有限元分析软件Abaqus进行了在摩擦系数取0.12和0.15时不同过盈量下的应力应变关系。另外,还结合实际中存在的泄漏问题,以流体力学的基本原理,分析了产生泄漏的原因和给出了泄漏量的求解方法。方法和结果对解决过盈配合结构的泄露问题和稳定性问题具有普遍指导意义。 An oil valve with interference in hydraulic manifold of automobile engine was studied as an experimental object in it.And the relevant amount of interference and internal pressure,interference with the friction coefficient as well as the role of the plug valve on the relationship between loads were calculated through theoretical analysis.In order to contrast with theoretical result,stress-strain relationship in difference interference and friction coefficient from 0.12 and 0.15 were simulated by nonlinear finite element analysis software Abaqus.In addition,combining the actual leakage issue available,the reasons were analyzed and method for solving the leakage was provided by applying fundamental principle of hydromechanics,which is universal significant for solving the leakage of interference structure and stability issues.
